SHEREEM Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 Hi tyffanilu, we're sorry you are not receiving emails. The default for your membership is to NOT receive promotional emails. If you would like to receive emails, you must manually change your account setting. (Note that these emails are generated from a different area than the order confirmation emails you receive when you place an order in the BC Shop.) To check the settings section of your profile here on the BFC, go to: 'Your Account' (from the drop down list under your name at the top right of any page) 'Edit Preferences' (in the center gray part, then about mid-way down the page) You'll see: 'Sign up for email updates from BarbieCollector.com' ~ make sure that box is checked and make sure to hit the 'save' button! If you've checked and your settings are correct, please let us know (you can send me a pm) and we'll have the tech group check further into this for you!
