I have asked for assistance many times and still I haven't received an email during this entire club year. I'd like to make you aware that since I don't get these emails, I have no reason to come into the site to shop. I am busy and don't start my day looking through your site, however, when I was getting emails, I regularly went into the site to have a look around. It is absolutely beyond me why this webmaster for this site can't do something as simple as a database with email addresses that receive the sales information. That is basic database 101. As a Canadian buyer who has been frustrated with this site for a very long time and pays a premium for shipping when I order something from this site ($40 for one doll to Canada????), I must say I am hard pressed, after many years as a member, to come back next year. What would be my incentive? If there is anyone out there that can actually help with this email problem, I would really appreciate, as a paying member of this group to get what I paid for!
