Guest PRINCESSDEBULA Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 I've spent a lot of time reading posts and complaints today and a lot of them seem to be related to incomplete content that I'm betting will be resolved once all the content is up, however, if you're serious about asking for member feedback, you can't ignore there are some real design issues that are causing frustration and would be a pretty simple fix, such as the teensy tiny type and overly harsh colours. I do feel you've gotten some things right tho, like the larger pictures so we can actually see what we're buying, so there has been some progress, but my main complaint has to be the shopping experience. Why do I still see dolls that are no longer available for sale showing up under 'available for purchase'? Available should be just that, available. If it's not available it should be in the showcase. Of course if you want to continue the senseless torture of offering dolls for sale in the showcase even tho they're not really available, so that we can have our hopes dashed when we click on them, I suppose you could do that as well. It's just that it's a waste of my time including dolls in the shop that I can no longer buy and making me wade thru all the Barbie paraphernalia and playline dolls when I'm only interested in Silkstones? What I would like is to be able to click on what's currently available, and see sub-categories similar to what you've done in the showcase where I can go to the Fashion Model Collection and immediately see only those dolls that are still available to buy. It would be a bonus if there were further sub-categories for those dolls that are exclusive to members, or coming soon, rather than having to 'go back' to the shop main page to access those links, but I don't want to push my luck. Re: my previous post regarding the lack of dolls in the showcase....figured out that's related to content not being uploaded yet. Probably should have read those threads first before posting.
