Follow up on "My Collection"

Hi, all!

 

We've made a number of changes to "My Collection" over the past few weeks to try to get it working again. If you're still having trouble, could you please describe the problem here, so I can pass it along to the technical team?

I only have five items on my wish list and  there is a tab that indicates that I have 22 items on my wish list.  The same goes for the items of my collection. I have 88 and the tab says I have 110.

I am unable to add newly acquired dolls to my collection.  It just reverts back to the original setting.

I have been having problems with adding/removing items from my collection/wish list. I add/remove an item, however, the change doesn't appear on the actual lists. I have tried several times. This has been happening for some time now and I wanted to update both lists. Also, the number on the wish list tab does not correspond to the actual number of dolls on the list. It shows a greater number than the amount of actual dolls. Any help that is available would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

I am unable to delete items from my Wish List and My Collection. That is, the delete button is working just fine, but the changes don't stick. And, oddly enough, I've never added items to the wish list in the first place, yet there are 26 of them in there. I'm using Windows XP with Internet Exlorer but I don't know what version it is.

I am also having trouble adding and removing items from my collection and my wish list. The changes don't stick. If I log out and back in, then try again, that usually fixes the problem, but not always.

 

My wish list also shows a count of three when there is only one doll in actuality.

 

These issues occur independent of browser and platform. I use IE 8.0 on Windows XP at work, Firefox 5.0 on Mac OS 10.6 at home, and I have the same problems on both computers.

The site is not allowing me to update my collection with my new purchases. Can someone please take a look at this?

I was able to delete a few dolls, but is there any way to pull up one list at a time? I have my dolls sorted but when I click on "edit lists" all I get is the delete list option which I am guessing means the entire list will be deleted? I spent a long time at the old site categorizing my dolls, but now when I try to edit, they are all mixed up.

I tried to delete the lists & it won't let me do that either. It shows that I have 321 dolls in my collections, but when I try to edit, the same 30 or 40 dolls show up every time.

I have to say that the "My Collection" feature is the most user unfriendly part of the entire site. It wasn't great on the old site BUT I could at least pull up the categories (Silkstones, Dolls Of the World, etc) & add/delete as necessary.
