I'm a bit ticked off about that. You would think with the doll being substandard and broken that they could pick up the tab for shipping her back. I think that this stinks! Cheryl

For shipping reimbursement, include a copy of your shipping receipt inside of the box, with a note asking for reimbursement. Customer Service should be able to take care of it for you.
