Multiple Listings on ebay for Classic Evening Gown Barbie before doll is released for sale

I'm not sure why my earlier post was closed without receiving a reply but there's yet another Classic Evening Gown Barbie on ebay, here's the listing # for this one:

251952301740 and this seller doesn't even bother mentioning that it's a presale, and states the doll will be shipped within 1 day of receipt of payment. Hoping the Legal Dept. will investigate this and revoke this member's club membership. Thank you.
