Guest BLUESOCKS1572397400 Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 I was receiving emails for a few weeks late last fall--but did not receive the membership renewal emails that went out late in December and 1/12. I have renewed for 2016 and would very much like to get the emails again. I have double-checked that I have checked the box for emails under My Account and have never found any Barbie emails in my spam folder--it's clear the problem is at Mattel's end.
