I too have a Nicolai, and nothing will remove the stain.

But what really confounds me is there have been quite a few complaints about the issue, and they all have been discussed via pm's. While I understand the need to talk to the particular customer privately - there are many cases and we all need resolution. I don't really want to complain (take up space in the complaint forum), but I guess that is the only way to receive an answer to the Nicolai question?

I just would like to know what is going on. Will anything be done? And please, would it be possible to have a public response to either my post or a sticky at the top of the forum(s)?
