Kitty Corner Francie...not in fact a dealer exclusive?

I read kathiec's post, and I also remember reading here on the board that KC Francie would be a dealer exclusive.  I, too, ordered her, and paid extra, and more for shipping than I would have had I known she was going to show up in the shop after I had placed my order with my dealer.  My dealer is great, but still...I could have saved some money, and perhaps ordered a little something extra, and gotten her on the buy more, save more, sale.
