Guest Winter20131572404287 Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 I am beyond upset getting an email offering me 30% because my Hello Kitty was cancelled because it wouldn't arrive for Christmas. This was for my grandaughter. I don't care if it arrived in January or February. You just went ahead and cancelled it!! I called in and they said they were out of stock??? So really, you were out of stock and had to cancel orders!! I don't care about 30%. I want my Hello Kitty doll. Im a platinum member. I expected better. Even if I wasn't. Donna :(:(:(:(:(
