Guest kachivaches Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Dear Customer Service Representatives and Moderators, I am having a hard time with my new e-mail linked to my Barbie Collector Shop Account and Fan Club Account. I am not receiveing notifications of customer service, marketing campaign and promotions, news, etc. Besides, I am checking my Barbie Collector Shop Account Section Order Status and Several Purchase Orders I placed are having Payment problems related with my credit Cards. How should I do? Should I wait for Customer Representative who helps me via PM? or Should I Post my issues with Purchase Orders Issues and inquiries?
