Guest dsd32331572393418 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 I haven't gotten any emails from barbiecollector.com in a very long time. This is frustrating as I have missed out on a couple of sales as a result .

I updated the account so that you will begin to receive our promotional e-mails as well. You also need ot verify that you are set up in your on-line account to receive our promotional e-mails. The default for your membership is to NOT receive promotional e-mails. If you would like to receive e-mails, you must manually change your account setting. (Note that these e-mails are generated from a different area than the order confirmation e-mails you receive when you place an order in the BC Shop.) To check the settings of your profile go to: 'Your Account' (from the drop down list under your name at the top right of any page) 'Edit Preferences' (in the center gray part, then about mid-way down the page) You'll see: 'Sign up for e-mail updates from BarbieCollector.com' ~ make sure that box is checked and make sure to hit the 'save' button! You may need to add news@email.barbiecollector.com to your Contact List/Address Book. Check your spam folder as your e-mail service may have filtered e-mail correspondence into it. Some e-mail providers automatically bounce mass e-mails. If you haven't added 'barbiecollector.com' to your list of friends to begin with, there's a pretty good chance your e-mail provider has declined our mass e-mail, not that we haven't added you. In addition, all e-mails are posted at the top of the Modern Barbie® Dolls Forum on the Message Boards right after they are sent out. Please send me a PM if you are still not receiving these e-mails.
