Guest myla125 Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 So I was very very excited to see the box sitting in front of my door when I got home - Lone Star Great had arrived! However, I was very disappointed when I opened her up and she was missing an earring! I called customer service and am not happy at all with the response. First, they cannot send me a new one, because she was so limited in number. I have to be happy with a missing earring or no LSG at all! Why do I have to pay full price for a doll that is less valuable? Then, if I want to return her, I have to pay for shipping and then get refunded doll cost only (not original shippng). Does this make sense? I want to trust that I can order from here without problems, but the customer service seems to be lacking. Any ideas on how to resolve this other than returning her for no exchange and eating all shipping costs? Thank you!
