The Member Complaints forum is a post only forum. Members can post their topics here and the Moderators will reply, but only moderators can reply here. That's the way it's been set up to keep threads from getting too long and unwieldy.

 

This is noted at the top of the Member Complaints forum page, under "Post your gripes here".
