please have her contact support@barbiecollector.com directly with her current IP. The last time she accessed the site, her IP was in good standing so it probably refreshed into a banned one.

Hello,

 

This member, midge-sherwood, IP was banned. They do not post much here and were never notified that they would be banned. Was someone else banned on their IP?

 

What does the BC plan to do for those who share an IP address and someone gets banned? Is it not possible to ban their ID? Obviously they would also have to have an account on the BC Shop, so it should be easy to track this person trying to come back.

 

Do you think all people who share an IP should be banned because of one person?
