Guest dolbyh Posted April 4, 2005 Posted April 4, 2005 I made a mistake on my mother's fan club order, so the card had my name instead of hers. I called and they sent a new card for five dollars, but they also charged shipping (6.95). I was wondering what I can do. Shipping was free on the membership and I think 6.95 is alot to pay for shipping a card that was a mistake.
