I have to say, I understand the cost of shipping out a doll to canada, but what I don't understand is, my parents ordered me a gift card from BC for christmas and the shipping charge was $15 bucks??? WTH!!! really for sending an envelope with a gc in it, no thicker than a holiday card. I know its being shipped from the states and blah blah, but sending something as small as that, SHOULD not cost $15 dollars.

And ontop of that, I might not even get it untill the end of January, for that price of shipping for such a small item should be rushed.

It's not just a small envelope.  It's more like a legal size document with a large folder.  I assume that's why the postage is so high.

That's weird, cause I just put one in my cart to see, and went to the screen with entering your CC info and no shipping charges appeared. And I was logged in so my address was there. I didn't complete the process, but the shipping charges (which were zero) should not change from that screen to the next. You should call CS or something to see what is up. (And my addy is Canadian too)

*And if you read the gift card description, there should be no shipping or handling charges.

Hi Christopher, the BC gift card does come in a large folder/envelope.  Someone from CS will contact you to provide more details on this.

Thanks for your patience!

Hello All,

There is an additional $15 Shipping for orders going to Canada.  You are not charged standard shipping for Gift Cards, however, the $15 surcharge does apply.  Yoy would not see this charge during the checkout process until after you verified the shipping address. Hope that this helps.
