I contact the Mattel serive immediately, but was told the address could not be changed after order placed. How can I do now? I know the package has not been sent yet, it's strange and unreasonable that I could not change the address.

Give them the address you had placed on the order along with your correct address. The station manager will alert the carriers for both addreses to the problem and they will be on the lookout for the package when it comes into the office. Hopefully you got the zip code correct so at least the package will be in the same office. They will try very hard to get your package to you, before returning back to Barbie Collector. I know we do this at my office, it's called good customer service and caring for our customers. I wonder if I could contact Fedex to correct the address?
