My BC CLUB 2011 Set Header never arrived!!! Please help

Hi! I need help.  My BC Club 2011 Set Header (membership card and the key chain) never arrived.

I ordered it at the same time I ordered Ekaterina (order #53177681).

 

The membership was charged successfully to my credit card and at that moment Ekaterina was backordered.  Because a problem with my credit card date, when they tried to charge Ekaterina the card was denied, and Ekaterina was almost cancelled.  However CS could manage to put her in another order (#53612263) and I received her few days latter.

 

I'm guessing if this situation is the reason of not receiving my BC Club set.  Could anybody help me?  As the BC Club kit do not have tracking info I don't have a way to check.  The order #53177681 shows the items as shipped, but certainly I have not received them.

 

My membership is active (otherwise how could I post here!!!), but I would really like to have my card and my key chain.
