Replacement dolls sent to the wrong address

I know that I should probably call CS about this, but some of my replacement dolls were sent to my old address in Hawaii, instead of coming to Colorado. I specifically called CS back in May to have my address changed, and I told the person I spoke to that I was in the doll replacement program, and she assured me that she had changed my address, I have even had a couple of other dolls I have ordered from BC come to my new address. My Mother received the Replacement dolls and she will be sending them to me here, but it might cost $30.00 or $40.00 to send them here from Hawaii. I am just dissappointed that even after I called CS two months ago, my replacement dolls still went to my Hawaii address. Barbara

I'm so sorry to hear this happened. I remember reading your posts about your mom sending your dolls a bit at a time to you too. I'm so sorry that the addresses got jumbled.
