"Rewards" Certificates - :-(

I'm a little dissappointed in how the quarterly "certificate" process is handled - it's confusing and very vague!

 

Until I looked on the message boards today, I had no clue about how to redeem them at all. I'm still not sure when they are given out, how long they are valid for, if I have missed any and then how many more I have for the remainder of my membership.

 

I have been waiting for something to show up in the mail since I joined in July and will be very dissappointed if I have "missed" being able to use one or more!

 

Please, please, please put something somewhere on the member website regarding this process - not only on how to redeem them but also when they come out, when they expire and it would also be wonderful to be able to see this from within the "My Account" section. I'd be most grateful!

Dates for the BFC rewards can be found here. Each quarter, a new BFC reward activates for your account. The $20 reward will show up in your shopping cart, in the subtotal column, when you add qualifing product in excess of the $20 amount of the reward.

 

Since you joined in July, you should have a $20 reward that would have activated within a few days of joining. That reward will expire 9/30/07, and your new $20 reward will activate on 10/1/07. So you still have plenty of time to use this quarter's reward.
