Guest INDIADARE1572386256 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 I could have sworn that when I looked at the new Hershey's Barbie doll last night, her price was $39.95. But tonight her price is listed as $43. And isn't $43 a weird price for a doll?
Guest madelynvaldes Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 I too remember it being just 40 dollars
Guest LAURIECAT12131572404221 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 I saw it for $39.95 sometime this afternoon. I was miffed because I paid $49.95 at TRU.
Guest INDIADARE1572386256 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Thanks! I'm glad to know I am not losing it...
Guest chickee411 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 I noticed that too! I was a little annoyed, why did they do that?
Guest hbchbunny Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 woo hoo, I ordered her before they up'd the price. yay me!

I am glad you bought her before her price increased. I saw the 39.95 price this morning and thought about buying the doll, but didn't do it. Oh well. Post photos when you get her
BRENDA74 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Glad you called attention to this. I think the look on my face describes how I feel exactly. lol I think $39.99 was a great price. I don't like the hike even if it is just few bucks. I don't like the upward trend on doll prices. Brenda 1000 and something posts trucking to 2000! Let's stay up and play with our Barbies all night! How am I supposed to find Mr. Right when each new Barbie keeps stealing my heart? :)
Guest peytondoll Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 It was definitely 39.99 when I looked earlier. Weird. I would even pay that much.
Guest felicityk1572393052 Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 Bummer. I was going to order her the day she went on sale here, but I am leaving on vacation in a week and didn't want to take the chance she would arrive while I am gone. We are stopping the mail but a UPS package would just sit around and quite likely get stolen or damaged. What gives, Mattel? Felicity
