Wishful Thinking -- Wish I could get BFC mail at my PO Box

We live in a huge apt complex, and our mailbox has been broken into three times, so we've moved all our mail to a PO Box. I wish the non-pkg items could be mailed to our PO Box, for better security. In this sophisticated computerized world, I'm not sure why this couldn't be implemented.

 

UPS just literally throws my pkgs at my door, OR they leave it underneath our doormat (as if to what, hide it? which it doesn't); our apt Office doesn't accept pkgs for us, so UPS is always problematical. I understand why companies use them, but it'd be nice to (again) have my BFC pkgs sent to my PO Box.
