Pop Life Ken Reschedule

At first I didn't think it was a big deal, but the more I thought about it and talked to others, I am a bit disappointed.

 

It was announced that Pop Life Ken would be available in August. Then in a thread discussing "when" in August it was mentioned by BCLouE that PLK would be postponed until fall, and I'm assuming that means Q4. Evidently something else will be offered instead, but no details were given. This wasn't a sticky topic (which it probably should have been) - just a comment in a usual thread.

 

Meanwhile, I have been holding on to my $20 reward specifically to order PLK. There's nothing else currently in the shop that I want to use it toward, and I don't know if there's anything else coming out this quarter that I would want to use it on.

 

Next quarter, there are several things that I'll have to decide whether to use my reward on, and now add to that mix PLK. I appreciate the rewards - they really make the club a great value. But since PLK was rescheduled for Q4 (assuming, again), it's almost like I've "lost" one of my rewards, which I had planned to use, but now looks like I won't be able to.

 

So, a couple of questions:

1) Will PLK be made available some time during Q3, even though postponed?

 

2) If not, is it possible that any consideration could be given to allowing members to carry over Q3's reward?

You're right... a general announcement should have been made, and I will rectify that after this post.

 

Regarding sale timing, we have our special BFC sale happening later this month... details are due out week of 8/17.

 

Also in Q3, we will have the Prima Ballerina sale. This BFC sale is scheduled for September. (Actually, this was the original change for Pop Life Ken... moving Prima Ballerina to Q3 and Ken to Q4.)

 

Then Pop Life Ken will be coming in Q4 (tentatively October).

 

We also have new products coming to the shop this month and in September, and we hope that there will be plenty to interest everyone in these upcoming sales.
