I told the rep I wanted to return her and I asked if I would get my shipping refunded. She rudely told me that it would be up to the returns dept if I get it back. Since when do they decide if we get something that is not as described that we do not get the shipping refunded also? I always used to get it refunded if I asked for the refund. Gailya
