Guest silviaboi Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 Hi I'm an Italian collector and I have a very big collection complete with all the silkstone Barbies. the Last april 2008 I have sent back 5 dolls silkstone for replacement to the Mattel Italia. They have me return me back the five silkstone replaced, but only three,( two Ingenue and 1 Red Hot Review ) .The others Two: 1 Siren and 1 Hollywood Bound there were not be replaced .The customer Service have told to me that this is impossible for both the dolls because the replacement program has been stopped from the Mattel USA. They asked me for someone else Barbie to refund me .But I want my Barbies, because now my collection is not complete ,no more. What can I do?
