No email for buy more, save more....or to get a "code"?

I, too, haven't received any email about a buy more, save more sale.

 

After reading thru all the threads, I'm getting pretty confused...

 

Correct me if I'm wrong: I do need an email to get into the buy more, save more sale.

 

I do need the buy more/save more email because it has some kind of code?
