I have not received a catalog for quite a while, and I have been making purchases. I looked at another thread where a member was instructed to check the settings on contact preferences under my account. I have gone to my account several times and do not have that setting. please help

Please make sure you have selected the Catalog option in the Shop My Account section (here).

 

If you are still not recieving catalogs, please contact Customer Service and they should be able to help.
