Guest michellehw1572385531 Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 -=Whew!!!!=- My 2nd box came last night. What a relief. Everyone is accounted for and no one was injured. Just waiting for my 3rd order with my last 2 dolls to come. But I have to agree with the posting about better packaging methods for Silkies, or using the Mattel "shipping cartons" (usually for vinyls), that I absolutely adore. Of the 2 Silkies I bought, one's tissue paper was halfway torn off (remember me: Hey, Where's My Tissue Paper?). Not cool if you're a NRFBer, or if you've promised the box to someone else in a Trade. But THANK GOD so far so good. THANK YOU BCLOUE AND MATTEL - THANK YOU! I think I went thru a bottle of Tums and chewable Pepto-Bismols this week... Oh, and last night when my box arrived (by the way, it's a drop-the-box-and-run type delivery, so you can't reject a squished box even if you get one), my dog did not even hear the delivery guy. For my dog NOT to hear the delivery guy, the only thing I can think of is you've employed "cloaked" UFO's to drop the packages from above the house. There can be no other explanation. My dog, Potts, is a major barker. Also, I tried to log on last night to tell you order 1 & 2 arrived alive and well, but it kept telling me something about an invalid username or password... I WAS FOR SURE YOU HAD DELETED ME FROM THE BOARD! After a couple of attempts at "resetting" this morning, as you can see I got back on. So, Whew! And THANK YOU. And next year I INSIST I be a volunteer for packaging BFCMer's orders for these sales. So, again, thank you BCLouE and Mattel. BCLouE - I'm sending you a big hug since we don't have any "smileys sending hugs." Love always, Michelle in Houston
