Guest blackiegracie Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 I am disappointed in the way Mattel handled this current "sale" in the shop. No advance communication, either in the form of an email or notice here on the board, was given. In previous sales, we were given advance notice of the sale AND the structure of the discounts was stated. For example: the sale starts on such-and-such date, and runs through certain date, with additional reductions through the duration of the sale. (Or some such wording). That information, if given in advance, would have allowed customers to make their decisions on when to buy the dolls. Buy them on the first day, or wait for additional mark-downs and take the chance of a doll selling-out. (Count me as one of those who placed my order on the 10th and therefore not able to receive the additional 20% on that order). Sincerely, Zoila
