Placement of stands on Silkstone dolls

I would really like for Mattel to change the way they put the clear part of the stand in the box. If they were to flip it I would not have to cut the tape at the end of the box to get it out. If I take the stand out without cutting the tape at the end of the box it tears the paper holder.

 

Does anyone else have this problem?? I debox and keep my boxes for when I need to pack them up or want to sell them, (heaven forbid).
