SHARNCHERI Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 I got a Soiree Barbie in the blue dress on Ebay and when she arrived I opened her box and she was HEADLESS!!! The seller is not responding...I was hoping Mattel would replace her as she is still available and it is a manufacturing defect but customer service referred me back to ebay. I am hoping someone here can help me.

If you did already call customer service, and they could not assist in this regard, and you have to work through eBay, you might have good luck in contacting someone through the "Live Chat" on eBay. You can find that link on the home page of eBay up in the right hand corner. It's well worth the wait to be connected to a representative as they are very familiar with the ins and outs of how to resolve unsatisfied or defective transactions. Just have your item id ready to provide to them, with a brief explanation and you should at least have some kind of remedy to pursue. Good luck too, Sharn. Thank you and Enjoy!
