Guest SILKYFEVER1572386975 Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 I have been having the same problems as she noted in her post, but my account is being linked w/ my shipping buddies account. Customer service actually states that I am not Member #9, that my shipping buddy is #9 For some reason I have not been able to use my rewards because of this problem. Is there someone in Customer Service who has experience dealing w/ this specific problem? It doesn't appear as though these are isolated incidences and the problem seems to be a computer glitch on Mattel's end. In my case, I sat w/ customer service for over 45 minutes today, and the problem is still not remedied...still awaiting a call back.
