LVSDOLLS Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 My membership kit arrived in the mail soaked and completely ruined. Even after drying it out the lovely folder and all paper contents were a complete loss. I know that Mattel is not responsible for the weather in California but I wish the envelope (which was really cool and would have been a wonderful little keepsake) had been put inside a second envelope. I was disappointed as I thought the folder was so charming such a fun way to send out our membership items. I am wondering if it is possible to receive a new folder & envelope. My membership card being plastic survived of course. Please let me know. Thank you. Even my barbie is a SF Giants Fan!
