Merchandise received by Mattel August 25th. Having problems with customer service

My tracking number shows box was received to the Returns Dept in Middleton, WI on August 25th. I'v talked to customer service, Order follow-up, and anyone else that can "help" me, and everyone is clueless. I'v given them the tracking number, and every other info, and still I show no refund on my on-line statement. So now Iam posting here, MODS, please put an end to this.
