CHER1701 Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 Why does the AA version of some playline dolls come out months later than the others, during Christmas I saw two trays of the new beach line and none of them were AA, I went to several Wal Marts and they all had the same thing and the same thing with the hair tastic
Guest TOYBOX1572402193 Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Dear Cherpie, Products vary per location (demographics) with selection and availability varying due to popularity (may/may not sell out), store (reset, restock), and distribution. Note that collectors and customers do not have access to every line, product line and that not all product information is disclosed. While we have not been given specific information about these Playline dolls (as Barbie Collector is primarily focused on the Collector brand dolls), your comments are more than welcome. What we do know is that products vary per location and retail store, if you're unable to find a particular product in one store at one particular area, it may be available at another store or may be found online by a participating retailer or dealer. Example: When the Barbie Basics were released, I found that not all of these dolls were available at any one particular store, and had to go to participating Target and Wal*Mart stores in different cities ranging from Emeryville to Fremont in California. While I can understand your frustration, I am glad that you eventually were able to find the AA version of the Playline dolls that you were looking for. Thank you, Toybox
