We ask WHEN and the only reply is " The launch of the 2017 Club is part of a newly optimized website experience, and we want to get everything just right for you. Stay tuned for more details." That is fine and I'm excited to see the new site, but that response is NOT AT ALL helpful. Please note that that does NOT answer our question!!! That is merely a canned response to avoid a real answer. PLEASE TELL US WHEN OR LET ME KNOW HOW I WILL KNOW WHEN IT IS OPEN. I'm getting tired of calling and checking the website only to find out you have failed to be open and helpful. Why did you close my post without answering it? You are adding insult to injury.

If a Member Mod cannot answer the question, a Customer Service Rep will answer the question and then re close the thread. There is no information as to a renewal date.
