How do I return something when it came with no packing slip?

I just received my BC order today and I need to return an item, but there was no packing slip enclosed. I've always received packing slips previously. Can someone please advise me on how I can proceed with my return? Thank you for any help you can give me!

You can return your Let's Play set (you will need to send back the doll, the Spring fashion, and certificate) by packing your items in a sturdy corrugated box and sending it to:

Barbie Collector Returns

8300 Fairway Pl

Middleton, WI 53562

What you will need to do is send a note with your name, address, phone, and order number letting our Returns team know what you would like them to do (exchange or refund) and advising them your order came without a packing slip.
