Gift Cards are not applied to purchase on 2/14/14

To whom it my concern,

 

I have two gift cards totaling $60 ($50 from National Convention, 2013 and $10 from a friend) that I used on Friday, 2/14/14.  I printed out my receipt & order number (68490427) and it's a good thing that I did because it reflects my total as being $105.71.  However, I just checked my e-mail confirmation and realized that the $60 from the gift cards were not applied and I am now being charged $165.71 (even though on my printed receipt it shows that the two gift cards were deducted from the price).  I checked and verified that the gift cards were still valid before I used them.  Please credit my account $60 that I am entitled to receive.

I apologize for the confusion with your order. Our order confirmations consolidate all payment methods under one line.  I checked your order and we did apply both Gift Cards before placing the balance on your credit card.
