I called Customer Service and was on the phone over 30 minutes from around 11:00 am until just before noon Eastern time 7/24/2015. Was told my account was reset to log in on my email of lgm6816@yahoo.com and should receive a new email linking me to access and reset user name to one similar but with more characters. Said email would normally take 15-30 seconds but give it two hours.....I gave it more than five hours and tried again using my email addy....no luck. So I purchased a new membership so I could access the BFC forums to place this complaint and ask for assistance. PLEASE RESTORE MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT...then refund my $34.90... Thank you, lynm (you can reset to LynM* or LynM2)
