I sent 2 emails and got "failure to deliver" messages on both. Is the address down? I'm trying to get a replacement silkstone neckknob

Maureen, I believe you will need to call to get those neck knobs anyway - or you could PM our CS staff here at the site (BCCS DeborahM or BCCS GwenO ).
