Q2 Reward, questions from a new member

Hello!

 

Yesterday I adquire a membership 'cause I wanted to get Glimmer of Gold today. I understand that because the date of membership I lost Q1 reward, however I have 2 questions:

 

1. Why Q2 reward doesn't activate in my purchase today?

2. Why my balance of rewards show 25 points? I guess it has to be 80 (if the Q2 reward was not applied) or 60 (if Q2 was applied)

Hello Jose - The quarterly reward is normally available within 3 to 5 Business Days from joining the Fan Club. This information can be found in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section of the Fan Club. When you purchased your Glimmer of Gold Doll, your $20 reward was still not activated.

 

The rewards points that you show are still collected and displayed in the My Account Section of your Shop Account. These points were at one time used as part of a promotion. At this time we are still displaying the points but there is no current promotion available to use them. They also do not have any bearing on your quarterly reward.
