Attempted purchase of Tokidoki 1/9 (Black Label)

Added to the cart without a problem as was express checkout:  "Payment authorization failed, please verify card information"  Same card I have been using for about a year now.  Tried to call Customer service but since I'm in Australia, a 15 minute wait pretty much equates to the price to pay for her from eBay.

 

TOKIDOKI IS STILL IN MY CART AND UNABLE TO COMPLETE PURCHASE...little help?
