Very Poor Packing

I complained during the last sale because it took me forever to vacuum all the packing peanuts out of the dolls boxes. I regret that complaint. I would much rather vacuum peanuts then get the box I got today. The box had smashed Birthstone beauties on the bottom. One had the plastic on the front cracked.  Next came 2 Mackie Circus dolls. One of the 2 did not have a shipper. On top were basic jean dolls. There was not one piece of packing in the box. My other box had 12 dolls with one very small piece of brown packing paper on the very top of the box but nothing around any of the dolls. I bought the dolls to debox so I am not going to return then but wanted BC to know how the warehouse is packing the boxes.  I only thing I am really upset about is that at the price of Mackie Circus she should of had a shipper.

 

I also had an order from the first night go missing. I realized it the next morning when I looked at my account and placed the order again. I was lucky nothing on that order had sold out yet.
