I don't even know where to start

Ever since I joined the BFC in 2011, I've ALWAYS gotten the emails. Now that the site has been updated, I no longer receive emails. 

I'm constantly being booted out and asked to log in again. I could be on the board, click on the Modern Doll forum and be fine, but if I go back to the main page, I have to log in.

I don't even know what the deal is with the inbox. It says I have over 400 messages, but those are all the messages I've ever received. I can't get the number to change.

I really wish the showcase would go back to what it was before the update. I understand that it will take some time, but is it being fixed?

And last, but certainly not least. the tokidoki fiasco. The way the waiting room was described in the article confused a lot of people and it didn't seem to be executed the way it was described in the article, in my opinion. The site wasn't fully fixed after the update, so a platinum sale on a semi-functioning site probably wasn't the best idea. Add in the joke of a "treasure hunt" and we had the disaster that was last Tuesday's platinum sale. There were people who were able to access the page quite easily due to a glitch that had Bill's name and the cactus in plain view on the side of a page. So much for your "treasure hunt". I kept being booted out and being asked to log in again. I had the doll in my cart and was asked to log in again. She was still there showing as available, but by the time I hit "place order", she was sold out. I also find it odd that no one will tell us how many of the platinum label tokidoki doll were available here. When KL went on sale last year, we knew well in advance that there would only be about 300 dolls available here. The silence on this subject in regards to tokidoki gives me (and at least a few others, I'm sure) the impression that there were so few that it would have made us feel completely hopeless about our chances of getting one. So please, next time there's a platinum sale or any kind of sale where it's going to be high volume like that, could the site be fully functioning first? 

I was so excited when I first joined the BFC a few years ago, but that excitement has definitely faded due to constant site issues, the decrease in the quality of the dolls, and how rude and downright nasty people have gotten. It's gotten to the point where I really don't like posting anymore and I barely buy any Barbie dolls.

I agree about the tokidoki sale being terrible all the way around.
