I later cancelled my order, and I thought I would get the reward back, and hopefully use it with the order I placed during the sale. I keep checking but I still dont see my reward? Do I not get to use it becasue I canceled my order? Thanks Jess
Guest BCCS LesP Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 Dear Jess, Regrettably, your on-line account still shows as you have used your reward. It did however, reapply to your account on our ordering system. If you do plan on ordering again prior to March 31, you can place a phone order by calling 1-800-491-7514 and the Customer Service Rep can make sure that the reward was applied to your order. If you do not plan on making another order, I can process a credit for $20 back to your credit card using your 2/14 order. I would not be able to process the credit until the end of the 1st quarter. You can let me know what you want to do and I can take care of it for you.
