QUEENCELINE Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 I just recieved my Bella Bride and she wasn't wrapped and that terrible popcorn material was used. I have time and time again asked that my barbie boxes at least be wrapped because I am a NRFB collector mostly and when the popcorn material is used, little pieces of the popcorn seeps into the actual barbie box and is stuck inside the box. If you have to use that crazy popcorn, at least wrap the dolls box so that those tiny pieces don't seep into the box. I have had this same issue time and time again. When I complain, things go well for a little while and then BAM! all the sudden I am back to unwraped boxes and popcorn. Should I just go ahead and expect to file a new complaint each year when I renew my BFC mebership. This is my main issue that I have ever really had with BarbieCollector. Can someone please explain to me why this keeps happening? I know that other members are probably reading this thinking "doesn't he have better things to complain about?" All I have to say is if you are a NRFB collector and you recieve your brand new Barbie. You take it out of it's shipper and you have to use a swiffer duster to get all the static tiny pieces of popcorn off the box and then you take a look at your new Barbie and it looks like it snowed inside of the box. Not a fun time!!!!! Sorry for complaining.
