Different lid to my FAO redhead joyeaux

I received my red head joyeaux and the top lid does not have the FAO logo on it. the back of the bottom section has the correct redhead picture and FAO writing but the lid is not the same. - I would like the lid that reads FAO exclusive on it.

Russell, we are looking into it, like Jim said. However, everyone at Mattel is on holiday from today thru January 6th. So until then, we won't have an answer for you.
