Guest BC JeffG Posted January 16, 2004 Posted January 16, 2004 Hi Jeff, Thanks for your response. When I spoke to the representative in customer service yesterday, I was not given a tracking number. I was told once it left mattel it was no longer their concern. That it was up to me to contact canada customs. I was not given a tracking number. In addition, I just spoke to a customer service representative that told me, that there is no tracking number into Canada. That they could give me a tracking number if it were in United States, but as for Canada they would not be able to assist me with tracking. On a positive note, the representative I spoke to today was empathetic and said to call back if I hadn't received it in another week. Guest BC JeffG Posted January 16, 2004 Posted January 16, 2004 Hmmm... I think the customer service rep that helped you was mistaken. Currently, we only offer 'expedited' shipping to Canada which is, by default, trackable (albeit somewhat limited, as I explained in my earlier post). Barbie Collectibles doesn't ship anything to Canada currently that is 'un-trackable' (is that a word??). I'm sorry that you seem to be getting the run-around. If you have the patience, maybe its best to wait a few days as you said, and see if it arrives. If not, post again, and I'll see if I can be of more help. Jeff
