No longer getting email

Ever since I changed my email addy from hotmail to yahoo.com I have not been getting emails.  I have complained here once before and spoken to several CS people.  I have done everythng that was suggested by the CS people but no change. I take that back it actually got worse.  When I place an order, I never get order summary or confirmation.  I used to get order shipment confirmation but since I started complaining about not getting email I no longer get shipment confirmation.  I never know when to expect my package unless I log in here to check order status.  I wish and hope that someone will correct this problem.  I'm sick and tired of this issue.  I'm so frustrated I can't see straight.  Please HELP
